Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (with all tags, accessories, or protective films intact).
- Returns due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or wrong model ordered are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition.
- Clearance or final sale items.
